I don't frequent payday loan establishments but as the need arose over the past few years this is the location I useD along with one other place. Even though EVERY time I was there the service was EXTREMELY SLOW I still stayed loyal to this branch. Today not only did I have to wait over an hour- just to be told that I (a return customer) couldn't be helped at the end of the line- the help was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! as she told me something that I was unaware of about a policy I had never heard before like I (the consumer) had done something wrong. The thing I did wrong was give Check-n-go on Ridge Ave. Cincinnati, Oh MY MONEY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I suggest if ever the need arises- CASHLAND in DEER PARK on the corner of PLAINFIELD and GALBRAITH.
