I had a truck stuck in a mud at company he was delivering at, I called Jackson Garage to pull him out as they were the closest (43 miles away), when they arrived they hooked truck up, pulled him even deeper into the mud and demanded for 1200$ to pull him out, I contacted my manager and explained the situation, when I called driver again, they demanded for 1500$ or they would leave truck hooked and go back to their garage, I had no other choice but to pay 1500$ as weather was terrible and our truck drivers were there for 5 hours already. Don't expect Zuma to stand behind any of their work. Make sure you check your receipt when service is complete. Chareges don't reflect actual parts used. Part numbers may be wrong.
