Jackson Garage

I had a truck stuck in a mud at company he was delivering at, I called Jackson Garage to pull him out as they were the closest (43 miles away), when they arrived they hooked truck up, pulled him even deeper into the mud and demanded for 1200$ to pull him out, I contacted my manager and explained the situation, when I called driver again, they demanded for 1500$ or they would leave truck hooked and go back to their garage, I had no other choice but to pay 1500$ as weather was terrible and our truck drivers were there for 5 hours already. So 43 miles and pulling out truck from mud cost me 1500$ (they took my credit card info "to make sure that you won't cancel on arrival" - they said, I should have suspected why previous customer canceled it... DO NOT use this company or use it at your own risk, don't give them any information and make sure you get a recording when dealing about the towing fee.
