Toward the end of february I was looking for somewhere to start tanning again and I was calling getting prices. The girl I talked to was more than helpful and when I arrived she showed me the whole salon they offer different levels of tanning in stand up booths. They offer water, deoderant, body spray for girls and guys, as well as lotion and clean towels! The staff is far from rude as well! They knew me by name after only a couple visits! I had the worst indoor tanning experience at Hollywood Tan! the staff was RUDE, I was shown to a stand up booth briefly told how it worked and the very RUDE employee walked away. The bed malfunctioned...I told the employees and they said that there was nothing wrong with the booth that I did something wrong! I asked for my money back and they said NO! I asked for the manager and they told me she went home, she would call me later. I called and asked for the manager for several days and was told she could not come to the phone and to leave a message. I called the franchise and they would not pass a message to the owner.
