Our family lost everything in a fire just before the holidays last year and that loss pales in comparison to the damage done to us by Ohio Mutual. The unethical conduct is grossly blatant as one false statement after another is spewed from our adjuster and his supervisor. They have zero integrity and it has caused us tremendous harm. I have been trying to make contact with a claims agent for months, call after call, never returned, never acknowledged. Ref: accident against one of your insured, claim # 2009-13542. Accident was July 4, 2009. Would you please see that this is handled as expeditiously as possible, I would rather not have to start filing complaints, but if that is the only solution, I will have to do so.
