Recently had a unpleasant experience with this agency and the insurance adjusters that they use. Fact! the adjuster didn't even climb the ladder that he brought to inspect my roof before denying my claim. he claimed he could tell from the ground that my issue was not weather related. How?.....This seemed unprofessional to me. I believe he just had the best interests of Allstate in mind and I was left feeling like I had inconvenienced him. I for one will not have any dealing with Allstate or the Brenda States office in the future. ...read more
