I walked into the Broadview location and spoke with a ANDREW regarding some tans. He told me that I can use the tans at any location, which turned out to not be the case. When I called to get a refund, he said sorry no refunds. What I went onto discovering is that the Managers are based on commission, so what he figured is that he would lie to get me to sign up and when I found out I was fooled he simply would say, "No Refunds". Buyer Beware!!! Bullying and scamming. Like many people, I was scammed into buying an expensive spray tan package. YOU WILL GET CHARGED TOP DOLLAR AND WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR SESSIONS. The first time I went, the new employee did not know how to work the machine. The second time I went the same employee was not "allowed" to load the machine with new product (it had run out). Each time I went I had a battle to fight to get my PAID package. After only going 4 times (out of the 8 I purchased) they told me I had NO sessions left and had to pay extra money!!
