This is a very unprofessional office/ staff. I don't recommend any of these offices at all. On numerous occasions they made appointments "AND DIDN'T EVEN NOTIFY ME." I feel that my legal rights have been violated here. I tried to notify the appointment setters on 9/9/ 2014 and they did nothing but goof off and laugh in the background. They didn't listen to a word I was saying to tell them that something is wrong. I never made any other appointments, because I didn't know what my work schedule was going to be. This is suppose to be a patient and health care environment not a grade school play ground. I went to the Hudson office. They set me up xrays and another appointment at the White Pond office. I spoke with Lisa Tell, the office manager, who was in complete denial. She was a waste of my time and didn't even care either. I didn't get anything in writing or any pre-appointment calls at all for any appointments. Only 1 no show the "day after" I was suppose to show up. I never had any no shows in the past. I am furious with this office for UNETHICAL PRACTICES. I have a right to be very upset. They violated my rights as a patient. This is the second time in the past year I have experienced this. I had to switch doctors due to my husband's insurance. If you know what is best, you will not mess around with this place and I WARN YOU, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION. They will bill you for appointments, mammogram, and xrays that you never made. Now I am in a dispute with my insurance and the office. I took time to write this because I wanted to inform the public what this office is doing. I never made any appointments, didn't get anything in writing of the appointments and never received a single phone call about the appointments other than that I didn't show up. Don't you think that is a little strange????? I had to inform the medical board of my experience, because I tried to notify Lisa Tell about what was going on. She didn't believe me at all. They ask you to remember a word or name then talk to you for a couple of min then they ask you if you remember the word or name then they say your dillusional whether you answers the question right or wrong just to keep you there longer then they say write me a sentience for whatever reason then they put you in another room with another person of the same gender and you never get any respect cause you are crazy dilutional and scittsafrenic as soon as you enter the door they don't let you use any electronics any cellphones iPods you can't have your own sheets pillows or worldly privileges like caffeine sleeping pills or even pain killers then they make you worse by putting you on medications you don't need to be then they give you your meds with water then they put more meds in the water and don't tell you then they send you home all drugged up so you can't do anything like get a job or even go to work ...read more

I was looking for a primary physician and was referred, by a friend, to Dr. Steven Oyakawa at Summit Adult Medical Center. He took the time to listen, was very patient, and helped me immensely. moved to the area last year. joined this group based on proximity to my home. i'm healthy - just needed continuation of my birth control pills and anti anxiety meds. I felt like I was being held hostage by them... They made me come in at three months and at 6 months before they'd refill my prescriptions because I was a "new patient". I had been on these meds for over 5 years. Absolutely absurd. They gave my husband the same treatment. Once we switched to another provider (after 9 months), our prescriptions were refilled for a year. There's no reason to return to a physician 3 times a year before they refill!!!! I am very unhappy with my service at this doctor's office. I waited over 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time (in addition to arriving 20 minutes early) and had no apology or reason for waiting 40 minutes. The doctor prescribed more of the same things that aren't working for me and did not seem to care to ask about my past history of back pain, how it started, anything. 3 weeks before this follow up visit, I had to call the office numerous times to find out what was going on with scheduling my MRI. After physically going in to the office to see what the hold up was (didn't return phone calls or pick up the phone), I found out my insurance company hadn't called back yet even though the office said they would give me an update three days beforehand. I also had to call and schedule my own MRI follow up...no one called to tell me the results were in and the doctor was ready to go over them. They are always overbooked and it is literally a "pain". I have had three hand surgeries and I have been treated by three different physicians at the clinic. The physicians listened to me, answered questions, and thoroughly explained all treatments. The staff is courteous and helpful. My occupational therapist explained the hand physiology, the surgery and the therapy in detail. He answered all questions. I live in a city with numerous orthopedists and clinics but I always make the 30+ mile trip to go to the Crystal Clinic because I have received the best care there.I will not go anywhere else. My mother will not take the time to write a review so I will do it for her. She is writing to the head of the place about her experience. She went here a year ago and they found some shaded area on her mammo and then called and told her it was nothing. Well, a year later, she got another mammo and this time the same thing showed up but worse. She has lobular carcinoma that is now invasive. She is kicking herselft that she did not follow her instincts and have a six month follow up let alone request and insist on an ultra-sound after this suspicious mammogram. The people who work there should have showed more caution and known that lobular breast cancer can be tricky to detect. They clearly should have and could have erred on the side of caution. So, she is now going through another surgery, then radiation, and probably chemo.
