Just wanted to say that Kerns really helped my husband and I out this summer- got us the right plants for the right sun, told us how to water, what soil we needed, everything! I love Kern's! people are super friendly and willing to help out planning or with questions. Greenhouse is especially nice and I love that it is open year round. I recommend them to anyone who wants to send/purchase a floral arrangement or who wants to pick up some flowers/veggies/hanging baskets/anything you want! for the garden ...read more

Terrible customer service. Order was lost because "the printer ran out of paper"! Surly apology and no offer to comp for the mistake should give you an idea what to expect. Think twice before ordering from them... ...read more
