Bought a whirlpool cabrio dryer 10 months ago. Worked for 7 months. Has had 4 service calls in the last three months - ALL FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! Each time the repair tech comes out he fixes it and it breaks 3 - 4 days later. Each time it breaks it takes another 2-3 weeks to get another repair appt - for the same problem they didn't fix the first time. They refuse to replace dryer, just keep repairing it. A service technician came to my house, diagnosed my dishwasher with a control board problem, and said it would be 400+ dollars to fix. He also said that the control board was not under warranty. Tried to reach this man through his cell and the company to come back out and repair, but he would not call me back! After many weeks, I finally decided to call the DW manufacturer and they have their own technician who will come out and fix it. And guess what?! They said the control board IS under warranty!! do not go into this Rent-a-center. They call their black employees Toby from the movie Roots.
