I have a service contract with Home Depot for my GE Washer. The washer stopped working...or at least, it stopped working consistently. This guy came out insisted it was my outlet...didn't test ANYTHING. I got a licensed electrician to check the outlet. Of course, nothing was wrong with the outlet. Jen had an attitude...almost condescending when he came back out. Then he checked and it was the line cord. Said he'd return with the new line cord in a couple of days. That was a week ago. I scheduled a repair for my ge dishwasher. They came out, drained the smart dispenser, which was filled with water, never reconnected the sensor, which to be fair was disconnected by a previous tech, and LEFT ME WITH A HUM THAT THE DISHWASHER DIDN'T HAVE PREVIOUSLY! I rescheduled for them to come out again. The morning that I set aside for the repair, they called me, saying that they were not coming out, and that they reorderd the part. I told them that that was probably not the problem, and asked for the owner, John, to call me back. He did not. I called back a few times, and they never called back. I went to this website, and saw that someone else had a similar experience. I rescheduled with GE for SOMEONE ELSE.
