I placed an order and never heard from them. Apparently, it was "Awaiting Fulfillment". I complaint about not receiving the items (over $100 worth of products) and asked for a refund. They emailed me saying that my account was "refunded" but they actually never refunded me my money. Luckily, I paid them with PayPal and I'm filing a claim and hopefully will get my money back. I placed an order with this shop on May 23, on June 11 my order is still in awaiting shipment status. My bank was charged on 5/24. After speaking to the owner on 6/4 I was promised to recieve my order on Monday 6/7. Today is Friday and my order is still in " awaiting shipment" status. It is called stealing and online fraud. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I am filling the fraud claim with my bank today. For all of you out there ordering and being charged before getting your products... it is illegal to charge your credit card until shipment was made! BEWARE!!! ...read more
