I am very dissatisfied with Mcdonalds in Thornwood NY. I went there to get lunch and I texted my mobile phone 37066 to get the redeemable text and it clearly states to get the buy one get one @ equal value just show the clerk your text message. I did that and the manager said they needed something printed I said that's not what the message states. He said he wouldn't honor the text to redeem the free sandwich or salad.. VERY DIS SATISFIED and will NEVER give them my money again ...read more
