If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a lady named joy. So rude and above it all acted as if she was doing me a favor. She rushed through the whole pedicure let me add she did half a job. I get my nails done almost every week. I never come across such rudeness while getting the manicure I told her the nail Polish isn't even and there's still cotton on the nail from the acetone , instead of cleaning it she just added 3 coats of nail polish. I needed to do my eyebrows also I told her just clean them. JOY defied to take my entire brows off now I have to pencil them in till it grows in and to top it off she tells me you have a lot of hair and goes on to tell me while I'm getting the money out. " hurry up I'm hungry hurry up" I'm sorry that isn't professional it's actually disgusting. I don't know how they employ such a worker but then again it's probably a relative of there's. STAY AWAY!!! Nicole had been doing my mother's hair for a very long time and it was always a beautiful blonde. She has since left and now it is a disaster! My mother went in for her usual routine. She had a new stylist and it was her first day. She said that she had instruction from Nicole what to do. Long story short, my mother left with a disgusting shade of red. She said to the stylist "It's red?" and the stylist replied "At least it's not blue" while laughing. My mother told her that that is not what she wanted and she replied "Well I think it's pretty." By that point my mother was in tears and just left because she was getting nowhere with her. I called the salon because my mom was so upset. I spoke with the owner and he was beyond rude. He actually yelled at me to be quiet, said that it's not his fault it's red, It was the stylist first day, if she wants to come in and have it redone, that's fine but she would have to pay for it. Seriously? I asked him how it was possible that she could go into the salon blonde and just needed a touch up, and leave with dull red hair. At that point he hung up on. Please stay away from this salon if you need anything more than a trim. Nicole was the only competent stylist there. Many of my friends have had problems there but she kept going because Nicole was so great. Now we have to go pay hundreds of dollars at another salon next week just too hopefully get it back to her normal shade. ...read more
