Wanted 5 stars, not one, didn't scan correctly. Service excellent. Was familiar with all the rules for diffenent insurances and honest about coverage costs and what scooter would be best for me. Not "hard sell. Came to hom to explain available equipment. I could go to office, did so and tried out scooter.. I've always had a good experience with this shop. The staff seems to turn around every couple of years, but the kids they bring in are fairly knowledgeable and the owners and mechanics always know their stuff.
