Went up there at 12:00 noon and the doors were locked, took a 15 minute walk and came back.....there was a line, waiting for the store to open. Stayed until 12:45 and the store was still locked and the line kept getting longer. Is this any way to run a business? ...read more

The staff is not knowledgeable. They do not know how to complete transactions and leave you with a headache. In addition, as to the previous comment, they ask private question .... how do consumers know it will not be used as identity theft. ...read more

Someone in this store used my personnel information to get into my phone carrier service. They used my drivers lic.# to hack into my phone carrier, made it look like i was there , in order so that person could get a free phone from my account. This has been reported to the corprate office in hope they catch who it was. Anyone who has done bussiness at that radio shack has to be got to be careful that it doesn't happen to them. ...read more
