Fiberama

Fiberama installed a screen room for me about a couple of years ago and with all the snow we have had this winter, the roof began to sink. I have a support beam so it was not a total disaster. I called Fiberama to tell them and the woman who answered the phone asked for my name and immediately knew my address and who I was. I explained what had happened and that on my receipt someone had written that I had a 15 year warranty - even though the warranty on the bottom of the receipt, in print, is for 1 year. She said no problem and that she would get back to me after she spoke with the manager as to how he wanted to handle the situation. A few days later she called and said that the manager had come to my home to inspect it and said it was fixable. I couldn't believe how fast he came over and I didn't even know he was there. She also said that I needed to wait until spring for them to fix it which I totally understood. However, a few days after that, she called again and said that they decided not to wait for spring and would come over the very next day to fix it and that I did not have to be home. They fixed it and it now looks great. They put on extra support. My husband said that he was surprised by the quick service because in this day and age (with all the greed and corrpution) it is surprising to find such great customer service. The crooks rip me off they sent an idiot to do my windows terrible job drafty wasted my money. They wouldn't even take responsibility for the terrible job they did. I had to replace the windows. I used window world highly recommend they did a great job and they gave me a lifetime warranty ...read more

Stay clear from these crooks. I ordered a awning for my restaurant. The existing sign frame was in perfect condition. When the sign was completed I see that they changed the frame... and it was an older frame from someone else. Had rust spots, drilled holes in other places. So they used someone elses frame for my sign. When I went to talk to talk to Missy (owners wife) about it. She said it was the exact same frame. I recall seeing a lable from FAST Signs on the original frame. Funny... when I went to RGM my frame was being fitted for someone elses awning. I raised hell. So they tried to charge me for a new frame when they re-used someone else.. and took my better frame and probably going to re-sell it to someone else. I will be stopping my credit card payment for sure! Went to RGM because they were near by. Huge mistake!! ...read more
