SI Appliance Repair is the very best in Staten Island, NY. They are always prompt, friendly and willing to answer questions no matter how big or small the question may be. I just had SI Appliance Repair service my VIKING Dryer. They were very prompt by showing up the day I called. Ordered the part I needed and returned the following day to install it. Now I call that very good service. Next time if something happen to my VIKING Appliances I know who to call! ...read more

Called them in September of 2011. They came, looked at the appliances that needed fixing, charged us $168.00 and left. I called them several times every month after that until February to ask them when they were coming and got either no response or evasive response. Spoke to the owner, Steve, several times who basically said, we don't have time to take or return your calls. He also offered to refund only part of the money as he claimed that he had ordered one of the parts for one of the appliances. I complained to the BBB and found that they have an ""F"" rating from them, also the Department of Consumer Affairs says they are unlicensed. They also have an unusually high number of negative reviews on Yelp that I wish I had checked before I called them. At one point he told me that a refund check was in the mail and then he reneged on that as well. I'm upset that not only were my appliances not repaired, the owner behaved dishonestly and disingenuously toward any attempts to resolve the dispute. ...read more
