seriously, I just ordered my food around 12am tonight and is already 1:25am and still waiting. do Paul the delivery guy delivers my pizza with specific instructions to call me before he arrives at my vicinity. he rings my doorbell late late late at night and says "sorry, my phone died". So pretty much failed his specific order. and I still gave him a tip. Long wait, fails to follow direct and specific order from buying customer, but I have to admit, the pizzas good. I just celebrated my daughters 1 year birthday at the crystal room. The room looked beautiful, clean and well maintained. I was a little apprehensive about the food because I had never eaten there, but to my GREAT surprise the food was delicious!!! My guests kept complimenting me on the menu choices and on how great the food was! Charlie was fabulous to deal with and very cooperative with my many requests. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars was that they moved chairs thru my party to the next room; make sure you address this with them so that it does not happen at your event!!!
