This product worked better then any of the other "brands" I have used for years. The product did not dry out my skin. No cracking or scaling! The 3 steps are a face wash, acne treatment with both an alpha and beta acid, and a step called synergyzer ( which is used to pH balance to skin after the acne treatment ) .
