I purchased a pellett stove 2 years ago. The owners and installers were well educated in what they sell and maintain. I had a problem with the stove and the owner went out of his way to help. The problem turned out to be a warranty issue. Although Cracker Mill had to travel a distance to make repairs that are covered for parts only. The manufacturer does not reimburse Cracker Mill for their time on warranty work. Cracker Mill stands behind the product they sell.
