Rented a roll off dumpster from Riccellis and dumpster was twice as big as ordered and placed directly on my blacktop driveway. As they removed the dumpster, I watched them tear up my driveway. I called the office in Rush and explained what had happened. The man I spoke with could care less and even said "it was my fault and I should have put boards down". Seeing that I am not in the dumpster business, I contended that had I been informed, I WOULD HAVE! I explained that noone with Riccelli mentioned or suggested this! Again, the man insisted I should have put boards down. I asked once again if he could simply repair my driveway-he refused. I had to hire a contractor to repair my driveway and sue Riccelli Enterprisesfor damages. Noone from the company showed up and the judge sided with us.
