I just posted the review below and need to make some corrections, I was told that the pharmacist did indees call the help desk and try to fix the problem. He was told that it was still 30 dollars for the script. After 3 hrs on the phone I found out that the price for my meds had gone up 50%. I apologize for not waiting until I was sure that nothing had been done. I subsequently found out that the co-pay had gone up by 50% due to a 200% mark up of my meds by the pharmacutical co. I have been trying to work out a mistake with one of my scrips calling the insurance provider and this pharmacy, I was told repeatedly that the mistake was fixed on the providers end but it was still coming up wrong at the pharmacy. Finally someone at the providers end said I must have reached my donut hole, I bought the explanation at first,even apologizing for having become a bit snarky with the pharmicist, but it just didn't set right with me, so I called again and was told that the previous agent had gotten it wrong and the price of the script was indeed 5 instead of 30 dollars,This agent called the pharmacy and was told by the pharmicist that it was coming up at the 30 dollar co-pay and refused to to talk to them and fix it over the phone. I have a severe chronic illness for which I need this medication as they well know. I am currently without the meds and will try to get them elsewhere as this pharmacy is not willing to do whatever it takes to see that my health needs are met even telling me that they were already losing money on my business which is not my problem. I would avoid doing business with this at all costs.
