Tuesday, I received a call to set up delivery. Friday was the only day they had available. I scheduled the delivery for the 12-5 time slot for Friday. At 5:30 on Friday, I called the office and was told that they were really busy and my items would be delivered Saturday by 9am. No sympathy for the fact that I had to take half a day at work for my items to jot show up. Saturday 9am came and went. No answer at the office number, no phone call from the company to let me know that once again, I will not be receiving my items. I love waiting 8 hours to NOT get my delivery! ...read more
