I have been there a few times and I have to say that I had a good experience. I have taken a few slacks and jeans there to be altered they did a great job. I got my clothes back relatively quickly. Their prices are pretty good especially for the area you where you would expect super high prices, but they are very reasonable. This company is the most dishonast company I ever known. They charge double knock off $10 and say they're helping you. Many of their employees will be reported especially "janet" and her very rude way of handling honast people. Of course now will see if my price goes up because of this letter. Many friends and relatives who are lawyers have been notified of this company and are going to look into this matter. We were charged from a mistake not of our doing and ended paying heavily.
