Frontier Telephone - Rochester

I'm completely disgusted with Frontier; both for phone and internet services. Their telephone help lines for both are a long wait for zero results almost every time. The "techs" on those phone lines are either stupid, lazy, or both in that they don't listen to the problem at all--- they just blame it on everything but Frontier. Your diagnosis of the day seems to be whatever page they currently have open in there little help manual in front of them. As soon as we get a comparable internet provider in my area I am going to switch to them, use my cell phone, and end my association with Frontier Communications forever! ...read more
