After purchasing a wireless router for a customer, I installed it. It didn't work. I monkeyed with it for more time than I should have. Took it back to the store I purchased it from, Upon my return, I was told there would be a 15% re-stocking fee. I argued with the manager that the original router does not work. All I wanted was one that works! I was then told they were out of the the router's that I originally bought! AND the only other available was $20.00 more than my original purchase! I then told the manager I should not have to pay $20.00 more because the original router was not working. The best he would do, was take $10.00 off the new router! I took the router to my home to see if it would work... Guess what?! It didn't. Back to Office Max I go! I take the 2nd defective router to the manager to get a refund, which he did not want to give me. After arguing with the manager, he gives me a refund to my credit card that I won't see the credit for 3 - 4 days! ...read more
