I totally agree with 02/04.11 review. My daughter-n-law's doctor faxed over 2 scripts 09/12/11 at 9am, a call was place at 10am to confirm delivery she was told no order was placed so a call was made and not only did the nurse re-fax the prescription she e -scribed it. A call was made at 11am and she was told again nothing was in their computer, this went on for 2 days and only one script delivered. At 9:05am nurse made contact call on 9/14/11, prior receipt of 2nd prescription was confirmed. At 2:00pm they stated delivery would be next day stating they received it too late. The delay presented a health and medical issue for her because the item needs to be replaced 3x daily for her body to function.
