My Crosley washing machine stop working. I was extremely stressed and called Crosley to see if they could help me, unfortunately they were not able to help because I was no longer under warranty. This news caused me to because upset. The next step I chose to take, was to call Arctic Wholesale were I had originally purchased my washing machine from, the number I called , so I thought was not in service. As you know this made me to PMS seriously . I went on Google to find a company that could fix my washer. There I found Mr. Appliance or as they should be called Liars. I made an appointment for a tech to come out to give an service call, they also told me Arctic Wholesale was out of busy. The guy arrived 45 minutes late and had no idea what to do. This was a waste of my time, how do you sent a tech out , who doesn't know the machine.The tech quoted me $422.00 to fix the Main Board and Pressure Switch.Anyway, I decided to take a ride over to where I brought my washing machines, what I should of did to began with. The company was still in busy, I just dialed the wrong number. When I came in to Arctic Wholesale to talk to someone, Walter was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever he could do to help.Arctic Wholesale gave me the option to bring my washer there , which saved me $40.00. They fixed my washing machine, the only thing that needed to be fixed was the Broken Pressure Switch , which was broken by the tech from Mr.Appliance because he pulled the top panel to hard,. I did not need a Main board , I needed a capacitor which was $30.00 and the cost of labor , which was cheaper than what Mr. Appliance quoted me. My washer is fixed because of Walter and the company Arctic Wholesale.There guys are professional and have great business practices, I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of great service. My washing machine hates me, probably because I kicked it a few times over the past couple months, and decided to up and quit today. (Stay calm friends, I kicked the machine lovingly, yet repeatedly, to get her going...it was a matter of kindness!) Anyway, after I discovered that the machines stubborn side had completely taken over, I jumped on Craigslist to find a new machine. I found Arctic Wholesale and they had what I needed for $150.00. The very pleasant gentlemen I spoke with informed me that they had sold out of their sale inventory. I wasnt upset and thanked him for his assistance and we mutually ended the call. Within minutes Mike from the Batavia store called me back and immediately agreed to honor the advertised price despite his next lowest priced item being listed for $80.00 more. I was blown away by his desire to please a random stranger and promptly drove to his store. Professional, dedicated and personable, I found his genuine interest in creating a satisfied customer to be both pleasant and surprising.
