I have NEVER, EVER, in all my days, been treated so poorly ! When you inquire about services and by doing so are accused of being "rude on the phone" by the receptionist (Unknown name) and masseuse (MICHELE), who in turn personally REFUSES you service and TELLS YOU TO LEAVE,...you know you are either having a very bad dream or there is something terribly wrong with this picture. Who is allowed to conduct themselves toward customers in such a manor and still remain employed to talk about it? Apparently Studio Expo employees that's who! The owner leaves no way of contact for customer complaints but this is one customer who isn't going away quietly! When I arrived at the salon they had my name wrong in their books. I then sat patiently waiting for my appointment, which ended up to be a half hr later than what i booked!! The girl i got to do my hair seemed very unsure of herself on what to do for my color and highlight. I told her i wanted platinum highlights, because my hair was already brassy and i wanted it toned down. when she was done with washing me out i seen that i didn't get the results i wanted, she made an excuse that the brassiness will go away in a few days. The dark color she put in looked good the first day but not even a week later it's all faded!! She also cut my hair and used a razor on the ends mind you i have frizzy hair not a very good idea!! Overall i will never go back to this salon again. I spent way to much and got nothing i wanted!!! Wish i could have not tipped her but i did just to be nice. ...read more
