a warm, wonderful lady who really cares about her patients, she's a real professional with an old fashioned sense of empathy and compassion so rare in these times. The dentist at this location seemed nice but unfortunately the staff is rude and uninformed. I strongly believe the person who does the billing is not qualified to do that job or they were purposely trying to make me do a different procedure so that the office could get a higher reimbursement. I contacted my insurance carrier regarding my benefits and when I attempted to explain my coverage to the billing/receptionist she did not believe me. Basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I refuse to ever spend a dime at this location. I strongly believe there is some form of fraud occurring at this location.
