Used to go when it first opened with a large group of friends, weekly. Then the new bartender T**a started to ruin the establishment. Bad service, bad management, the owner turns his eye to eveything unless you are paying the bars bills single handedly. If T**a doesn't like the song you paid for on the jukebox, she turns it off! Twice in 10 minutes to be precise. What was once a great place to hang out is now horrible. Don't waste your time or money on going to this bar, unless you are willing to tip $10 per drink you won't get service, and when you do it will be horrible. We thought we were getting a quality house buying from Reiger, but what we found is a high price with cheap materials, poor workmanship, and a complete reluctance to make things correct. Issues we still have - leaking foundation, doors that leak after rain, mysterious electrical issues. The kicker is what we have not seen until now - tons of drywall dust & construction debris in our vents. What a nightmare....I fear that our family may develop lung cancer thanks to Reiger. ...read more

I have dealt with River Management for several years now and have always been a satisfied customer. I not only own a condo in a community that is managed by River but I also own property in New York while currently living out of state. River Management personnel are always supportive and courteous when I call with questions or need assistance. Their staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable which gives me a real peace of mind since I am an absentee landlord.
