Joy and Michael are frauds!! They are funded by the state and are truly unprofessional. The ''agency'' is located at their dirty filthy house. When I walked in to meet with Joy, she rude and was not welcoming. I have a successful law practice and have all the credentials to adopt, and lost my desire after dealing with FFTA. My sons Honda broke down over this Christmas vacation on his way home from Long Island (we live in rochester NY). By the Grace of God, it happened up the block from "Auto Werks"! They were extremely helpful and sincerely concerned for us all. He had to stay overnight to wait for the snow storm to pass....they picked him up the next morning at hotel and drove him back to shop so he could continue home!! AND after having the car in the shop ALL day figuring out what the problem was.... they only charge him for the part and ONE hour labor...now that's truly the "Christmas Spirit!" I called Edgewood Contracting in October and made an appointment. They never showed up. I called them to ask them why they did not call me. They said they were busy because of the hurricane. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-scheduled. They came and took a report and said they would email me an estimate. After a few weeks I called and emailed several times to ask about the proposal. They finally emailed it to me. The proposal was wrong.
