I just moved to Eastchester and decided to use Salon Monteleone. I have long thick natural blonde hair, and wanted to dye my hair dark brown with warm hightlights. When I met with her, she was rude and huffed when I showed up ten minutes early for my consultation. I just wanted to look at the jewelry in the window as I waited. When she cut my hair, I wanted layers, but she made one choppy length. The brown hair I wanted turned out to be RED!!!! She did not even apologize or offer to fix it. I went to a salon in Lord And Taylor and they were great!!!!
The receptionist, Stephanie is rude and totally unprofessional. I called to speak with a specific manager and she never gave him a message which was related to a car I was interested in. Her excuse was that she was new. Her ghetto tone and unprofessional attitude forced me to go to Curry Honda, where I had amazing service.
Joy and Michael are frauds!! They are funded by the state and are truly unprofessional. The ''agency'' is located at their dirty filthy house. When I walked in to meet with Joy, she rude and was not welcoming. I have a successful law practice and have all the credentials to adopt, and lost my desire after dealing with FFTA. She treated me like I was not important. I never in my life met someone as crazy and whacked out as Joy.
