This is ABSOLUTELY NOT luxury living. The apartments wreak of dirty dog,cat and cigarette smoke!! They are not cleaned properly or carpets replaced. They have the guys that repair things do the cleaning! It is super outdated from the 70's. The laminate floors and counter are falling apart. There are ants everywhere!! The windows are mismatched and do not work well and are very drafty. The furnace and air conditioning are energy hogs! EXPENSIVE to heat and cool! There are NO fans in the bathrooms, everything steams, drips and then molds. YUCK!! Parking is never easy. You have to come in early in the day and stay to get a spot anywhere near your apartment. There are always people moving in and out! Window air conditioning units in apartments that leak on your head from up above. LEASE!!!! WORST LEASE EVER!@!!! You will need an attorney to read this and if you sign, you will be broke when you leave!!! ALSO!!! They do not have a "worry free" lease. There are NO CLAUSES FOR A HOUSE PURCHASE!!!!!!
