My wife and I go there all the time. Very good italian specialties. The veal is great. The prices and atmosphere are good also. The service is excellent. The same meal that you pay $150 for in one of those upscale Italian restaurants. ...read more

Marney from Marneycakes created our beautiful wedding cake. The first time we met with Marney, she was warm, welcoming, and excited to be part of our special day. Marney worked with us to come up with the perfect design- which really defined our "vineyard" themed wedding. She is so creative and has such an eye for design! Needless to say, when we finally saw the finished piece on our wedding day, we were totally taken back. It was perfect! Marney is so very talented. Our cake not only looked magnificent, but tasted just that! My favorite flavor was the carrot cake painted with Bailey's Irish Cream! Tomorrow is Nick and Ali's wedding anniversary. I had the honor and the pleasure of crafting their anniversary cake (copying the design of their original cake) for this occasion. It was a vanilla cake with homemade cannoli cream...I got the fresh ricotta cheese from a specialty Italian deli - you know, the kind in a tin - and flavored it with Madagascar vanilla, orange, and Saigon cinnamon. Of course, it had those adorable mini chocolate chips in it as well. It sure was a good filling! Nick and Ali, I wish you a wonderful anniversary, and hope you enjoy your cake! A new client called me and asked for a baby shower cake for her daughter-in-law. The baby is going to be a boy, and Daddy's big into fishing, etc. Not wanting to create a bunch of powder blue blocks, or the typical baby carriage, I came up with something completely different: The Octopus' Garden cake.This one is my favorite yellow cake inside, filled with rasperberry buttercream, and iced in vanilla bean icing.Take a look!
