So I walked in there and was immediately helped by this stud-muffin Derek. He was fabulous! He had a huge knowledge of the product. It was amazing. After 5 minutes I was ready go with a full setup. I called to to see if they had a jacket in stock cause I'm snowboarding this weekend. They said uh "we don't do inventory checks, call us back after the holidays" Not cool.
