I started looking for appliances in August. I went everywhere to find high end appliances. Then I remembered what good service I had gotten 7 years earlier when I replaced my refrigerator, I used RCI. So I went back to the place I was comfortable with before. Nothing had changed, everyone was so helpful. I placed my order early in October and was told there would be no problem holding until my contractor needed it the week of December 2, 2013. My Kitchen was just finished, 5 months later. RCI held the appliances without questioning or charging me. From Kenny and his sales staff to the delivery men, I was always made to feel extremely comfortable and like a valued customer, something I had not found before. During a very difficult 5 months it was RCI that saved the day. The appliances are in and look incredible!.
