I ordered a small telescope(USD87) from B&H and arrived to the customs in a reasonably time. I paid USD 46 for the delivery cost which is also nothing to complain about. However the item stuck in the customs because of missing digits in HS Code. It was impossible to clear and get the items with these codes. So I contacted B&H for a return actually a recall as I dont physically have them with myself. They quoted me some USD 255 for the return ! This was rediculous. This means my return right is usurped, this is that simple. As a customer I don't care about company's third party relations or agreements with logistic partners but what I will definitely expect is a trusty and fair manner in each part of the service; this is selling and returning practices. Lovers of tea and food for a laptop such a thing can be very useful. Yes, yes, I know that liquids and food do not belong next to the computer, but nonetheless. At the moment I have been using a macbook withkeyboard coverfor about two years now, and it doesn’t bother me. Fingers are used to typing as convenient as without it. But now I’m no longer so dumb, the chances of damaging the keyboard due to the liquid have decreased. The only pity is that the touchpad is still in danger :) By the way, I was most worried about whether I could close the laptop and transport it without removing the cover. Given that there is even an official statement from Apple in the internet that does not recommend closing the keyboard on Retina with all kinds of protections, they say, the gap there is very small and you can damage the screen. I don’t know, maybe there’s some chance, but I don’t feel at all when closing the lid that something is stopping her. It also closes in the same way, so it seems to me that these super-thin lining fits perfectly into the gap, and nothing bad will happen, only an imprint on the screen remains.
