Horrible. Just this afternoon they made us wait for our rooms for almost 6 hours. We have children and needed adjoining rooms. They did offer us an upgraded room that was exactly what we wanted, however, they would have charged us more money. RIDICULOUS. They were not accommodating, rude, and above all had no customer service skills. No apologies. Simply made the beginning of our stay horrible.
