I've been insured with them for 4 years. They had the best rate when I was getting quotes. They also called me and told me they found something cheaper the following year. They constantly take care of all my insurance needs. I never have to do anything. My prior company never did that. Found me a better rate than anyone else I called. They give me a courtesy call once when I forgot to pay my bill and the company was ready to cancel. They also called me on my renewal and found a company with a better price. Never experienced such helpful agents.
