The ONLY drawback to going to Noel is that he is so good, he's booked for months in advance! Trust me, if you need some confidence, if you need a GREAT haircut, you NEED Noel! To all my wonderful customers that may read this, thank you for all of your amazing support! Downsizing into a smaller location after my neck injury has been a hard pill to swallow. I really appreciated all the encouragement that you gave me when I wasn't sure I should continue.
