They fixed what I needed fixed. And honestly!!! Best Buy said I needed a new motherboard and then tried to sell me a laptop. I took it to Laptop Shack and they found out that my HP had a bad fan. They replaced the fan by the next day as compared to the other guys that said they would send it away for a month. I have now brought my Xbox and my wife's computer in since and Joe and Libby have helped me everytime. Laptop Shack is the only place I trust so now I sing their praise. The Virus is called "System Tools" and it shows up as an alert showing that your computer is infected with multiple viruses and spyware. If you click on the pop up it then it will install a virus on your computer. The virus will go into your system tray and it is called "AV". Do not be fooled by this program it will load your computer up with viruses and spyware. And it does not matter if you have anti-virus software installed this virus bypasses all anti-virus software.
