This will be the first of many posts that I will share about this company across different platforms in regards to how disgusted I am with their service and more importantly their human decency. A few weeks back a group of us had booked this service to give us a ride to a local dinner to celebrate a friends birthday. Initially everyone was surprised at the charge of almost $300 to take us ONE MILE, however since we had already booked it for a Tuesday night we continued with the plan. Unfortunately the friend who we were celebrating had an emergency on his way home from work the same day, I called this company to give them notice and how we needed to cancel and we would use them in the future and we were very apologetic. The answer from the owner was that "they would be out of money". Not taking into consideration the extent of the reason for cancellation OR the fact that we were only going ONE MILE so I don't understand how they were "out of money". No integrity. ...read more

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who asked. They are friendly and proficient from the minute they answer the phone. I've used them several times for airport transportation and for leisure travel. Drivers are extremely polite and professional. I've never had a bad experience with any of the reservations I've made. I've used them so often I may even been a first name basis with some of the drivers by now. They are all fantastic, but I also highly recommend Kevin. Terrible Service!! I cannot recommend S&G to anyone as they refused to honor the terms of the Groupon we purchased. When I spoke to the receptionist, she gave me an attitude and told me I was lying about the Groupon voucher. She offered to have her boss call me and I accepted. To their credit, he did call me that night but refused to acknowledge he was wrong, even after Groupon got involved and claimed I was right. This service was top notch and very enjoyable. The drivers were on time, professional, and friendly and we were into the city with ease. The ride was smooth (absolutely nothing like riding in a taxi) and it was just an all-around great experience.
