I had a previous plumber come to the house. This plumber couldn't figure out what the problem was. Instead his solution was to change the toilet bowl. Knowing that this didnt sound like a great remedy, my husband called roto-rooter in Mamaroneck, NY. There customer service reps were very professional and made sure to inform me about the time the plumber would arrive. Once the plumber arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He was very courteous and informative. He solved the problem within that hour. Roto-Rooter technician Edvin #1879, who visited our residence yesterday, Jan. 26, 2012, was thoroughly professional -- he was on time, very diligent in solving our clogged kitchen sink problem, very polite in manner and conscientious in clean up. This is the second time we've used Roto Rooter. If we have a major drainage problem in the future, I would again call Roto Rooter. Roto-Rooter's one-hour response time and quality service justifies their higher labor rates than local competitors. ...read more
