John and company did a nice job on the walkway, but these bricks are sinking on the landings, and stoop, making it very difficult for a safe approach to the house. It is overly complicated to navigate up through the loose bricks to walk onto the landings and into the house. Regardless of the problem cause, John was suppose to fix it as he was also responsible for the nearby gutter that on a longshot may be leaking and undermining sand from under the landings...In the winter, this penetration has led to swelling of the landing to the point of deformity. The winter freeze/thaw and the bulging pavers need to be protected... Any runoff, should be fixed by Scenic who a ran new exit drains . All part of of our paid for job. Since all this was part of the initial project that we paid for including, a stoop, a landing, a walkway and two drainage issues as well, as some masonry cosmetics, I think he should fix it ASAP. today talked to one of the men cutting the lawn this is the week John said the trimming would be done and then the weeding and mulch taken care of PLEASE my property looks terrible and their is no grass to cut but the weeds have weeds the front of the house is terrble I am waiting patiently to get this done don't forget me....thanks Peggy ...read more
