This is hands down the worst group of management and maintenance i have ever dealt with. Not only is it a comparable living environment to the south side of syracuse (just last week there were two vehicles chasing each other through the parking lot then there were shots fired, no one was allowed to leave their house because there were 6 sheriff cars here), the apartments are maintained terribly. They look great when you first move in until you actually use things. I had to get my oven replaced as well as my refrigerator twice, and got attitude from maintenance just because they had to move them. The hot water heater rarely stays warm, and the bathroom fell apart soon after we moved in. The maintenance swears around your kids and has zero regard for manners or business professionalism. Power and cable cut out frequently, the doors don't align, the property smells like trash, and you have to deal with a very young landlord who's incredibly unprofessional and hotheaded. Although we now live in Cincinnati, whenever we happen to go ""home"" to Liverpool, our visit would not be complete without going to Bayberry Seafoods and getting lunch or dinner. It used to be a Friday night ritual that my husband would come home from work then go up and get our dinner. It's also a good excuse to see our former neighbor Sarah Reid. The fish is tender and delicious, unlike anything around here. The shrimp, scallops and battered vegetables are great, are as the french fries.
