I was caught off guard and was told by a women that her boss is opening up a new store (there is no such store btw) and that they are offering FREE cleaning. She was very talkative and con her way into my home. She said she would be right back and asked to use our cell phone to call for a cleaning. A kirby guy shows up. I have 2 babies home, trying to feed them, while he is taking up my enitre livingroom the entire NIGHT! R. Hill took advantage and lied about everything. He didn't work for Kirby but he actually works for L. Hill Enterprises. Long story short we bought a $1300 Kirby. I just sent in a certifed mail canceling. My 3 days will be up in 2 days. I'm praying these people will not give me problems about this b/c I'm sick about all of this! I want to go to the cops! After reading sooooo many stories about Kirby salespeople I'm sick to see that many of them are using the same LIE! My advice... NEVER LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! That old beat up van came to my house too. They gave me a free gift, while explaning how they were going to clean my rug, and explain all the different things a kirby can do. Said it would take an hour, and were going to leave they guy at my house, and come back and get him. I started to feel very uncomfortable, and decided against it. They asked for the free gift back.
