After meeting with Sign Pro's NEW General Manager, we decided to have them make our sign. That was the start of our bad experience. Despite our written agreement, they made the sign incorrectly and installed it in the wrong direction. Also, after agreeing to install the several hundred pound sign in concrete, 4 feet in the ground, they installed it 2.5 feet deep in loose dirt.
