After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes (I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes) I paid $35 for a full gel set. Instead they did an acrylic base with a gel topcoat (common scam), and the topcoat is uneven and full of bubbles. It looks horrible and I will certainly never be going back there. Going to a nail place where no one speaks English is expected. The problem is that the workers here DO NOT CARE! They rush through the mani/pedi and do a sloppy job. I gave them 3 tries (they are so near to where I live). The last time, it was so dreadful. The "nail tech" really hurt me and LAUGHED when I winced and said "Ow". This goes way beyond a language barrier. Twice when I was there women got really irate about the job that was done. One woman stormed out and came back and removed the polish herself.
